There is a quote attributed to the Koran that reads: He deserves Paradise who makes his companions laugh. I'm not sure if those words are actually in the Koran, but if not, they should be. Their inclusion would at least provide hope for the salvation of these two unrepentant sinners. Feel free to submit your own candidates for this alternative means of entry to the blessed afterlife.
Well, it's not political, but this YouTube Mash-up that takes James Earl Jones's lines from Coming To America and puts them in Darth Vader, from the original Star Wars, is pretty funny.

Tweety just called HRC "the Al Sharpton of white people". Discuss.

I heard on All Things Considered that our federal government has pledged half a million dollars to aid victims of the recent earthquake in China. That's almost 0.2 cents per American. I found that grimly humorous, in a way, though I'd be interested in learning whether it was announced in a style imitating the Mike Myers character Dr. Evil.
And yes, I know China doesn't really need our cash; but if you're going to offer money, don't offer an insultingly small amount.

Darth used lucifer to choke that guy and that's why he lost?he could have been Satan for his son, but he chose human bodies.
Calvary is how you threaten a Christian. The second death, resurrection and further existence other than God's original damning.
The bible may just be about a guy who was damned by lucifer.
Compensation can be done in court. It's called suing and they are lawyers like Bill, Hillary, Obama and his wife. Harvard. Bill's only suing people were............

Huh?

This would be a hadith, one of the sayings of the Prophet, not a Koranic verse. (I'm Muslim, btw.) I haven't heard of this one and don't know which category of verification it has, but there are many verified hadith like this-- that parents who have lost a child enter Heaven, that the one who cares for an orphan does, the one who forgives debt, the parent who cares for three daughters, and so on. Conversely, there are hadith about those who don't-- those who are proud, tyrannical rulers, etc. I think all these underscore the Prophet's enormous emphasis and love and kindness and humility and that it's the state of one's heart, especially as manifested through kindness to others or forbearance in suffering, that bring one close to God.

Thank you Hana. I figured it might be a hadith.

As the kids say on the Internet: Heh, indeed.

Prolly.
All that sowing confusion and discord and screwing with peoples’ heads; pretty good sign.
On the other hand it could be one of his apprentices or a wannabee. If you’ve got a ouija board handy or maybe a pentagram you might be able to get confirmation.
But why us?
Is there anyone here qualified to do exorcisms?

If you don't mind my link-whoring, I don't think anyone is getting to a blessed afterlife through this.
