Zywicki may be responsible for single-handedly killing The Volokh Conspiracy. Not only is his series on the 'wine wars' excruciatingly moribund, he tends to utter inanities such as the US Chamber of Commerce "had been fairly neutral" in terms of political preferences. This, of course, is akin to suggesting Pyongyang has a long history of capitalism.

Anyway, Zywicki has apparently been caught criticizing an article he hasn't read.
