Stephen Green says something that I'd rather not hear.

He thinks that Paul Johnson is already dead. I wish that I disagreed with Stephen, but I don't. I don't think that Mr. Johnson's alive, either; his captors already have what they need for their immediate purposes and they know full well that there is no possible way that the Saudi government is going to release the people that the terrorists want released. He was dead at their earliest convenience.

I will, of course, be overjoyed to be proven wrong.
