But God guides him.

And he loves life.

I anxiously await Bush actually doing so. Seriously. If it's that important, surely it's important enough to put the weight of the presidency behind it.

Actions speak louder than words. I call BS.

And he wasn't struck by lightning? Truly, God is dead.

"It's like Madonna lecturing nuns on chastity?"

I'm not sure that's correct.

I wouldn't be surprised to wake up morning and see Madonna lecturing nuns on chastity, if her keen marketing acumen under our economic system of providing people with what they want at the momenet led her to that "positioning", as they call it on CNBC.

Bush's comments are more like a priest (not picking on Catholics, just following the train of thought) lecturing us on chastity, while not wearing pants under his robes after a late night of picking up nuns at the newly positioned Madonna's latest concert. What we believe is the beatific smile of the true believer, is actually the smirk of the true believer who truly believes that lying is one of God's tools for securing a Republican majority indefinitely.

The train of thought entered a tunnel, never to emerge. But you can hear the whistle.

At least Madonna thinks nuns are kind of hot.

Ah, that brings back Python memories.

Ah, that brings back Python memories.

Memories? It was on BBC America last night!

my smile is authentic, because that's a great sentence :)

LOL on the update!

From the Smoky's link which is an AP story:

Bush's "healthy forests" law lets companies log large, commercially valuable trees in national forests in exchange for clearing smaller, more fire-prone trees and brush. His "clear skies" proposal would give power plants, factories and refineries more time to reduce air pollution. Environmentalists call those labels deliberate misnomers.

Funny, looks like an opinion piece to me. Maybe it should be called Yahoo "news".

Pressure from "environmentalists" forced TVA to shut down or limit most of its nuclear energy program. For instance, the Watts Bar plant has only one reactor on line. Instead, much of the power produce in the Smokies region is from coal burning plants at Bull Run and Kingston.
